Cursor began by researching and vetting a technology stack based on the requirements of the final application. We selected a robust content management system which allowed for the creation and management of content, ensuring it could handle rich embedded media and integrations. We also used this time to outline the necessary front-end framework, server, and deployment mechanisms


Our primary focus of the project is to invite comparison landing pages that could also act as sales funnels. Cursor established the database structure and schema relations that highlighted relevant information for each competitor’s model. Each comparison experience contained unique, conversion-oriented content to help drive consumers to key conversion pages that were outlined by the Honda team.

User Experience

Every aspect of the website's structure was detailed. This included page layouts, components, and elements. We crafted sitemaps and user flows followed by interactive prototypes and user journeys, ensuring that every content type and layout connected and integrated together for a seamless and fluid experience.


Cursor worked closely with the team at Aircraft to tailor a solution for both mobile and desktop integrations that directly aligned with the Honda brand and digital design aesthetic. The primary goal was creating a solution that looked and felt exactly like the existing Honda website but with more focus on content, comparison, and specific calls to action.


Cursor focused the development phase around creating a fast, flexible, and unique application with updated core features. These features include an extendable content management system and the ability to engineer content to be related and discoverable. A wide variety of templates for standard pages, vehicle models, vehicle features, and full-screen sliders were incorporated within the site. We also applied several ‘sticky’ elements that followed the user’s scroll ensuring key calls to action are always accessible.


Core analytics and integrations for detailed page views, user behaviours, custom events, conversions, and goal tracking are all included in the final application. Capabilities for social media sharing, specific channel integrations, and third-party server monitoring and reporting were also included. Cursor aimed to provide the Honda Marketing team with as much data as possible to allow for the tracking and scaling of their lead generation process.
